Ingredients For chili relleno casserole

1 lgcan ortega chilies, diced
-
1 1/2 lbgrated colby/jack cheese
-
4eggs, beaten
-
2 Tbspflour
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 lgcan evaporated milk
-
1 smcan tomato sauce, i use picante sauce if i have it.
How To Make chili relleno casserole

1Drain chilies. Line casserole with 1/2 of chilies. Spread cheese over chilies. Line rest of chilies on top of cheese.

2Beat eggs, milk, flour and salt together. Pour over top of chilies and cheese.

3Bake at 375 degrees for 35 min. or until set. Pour tomato sauce over top and bake 5 min. longer.

4Remove from oven and let set a few minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
