Ingredients For chili relleno casserole

3 can7 oz whole green chilis

1 lbjack cheese grated
-
1 lbmedium cheddar cheese, grated

3eggs, beaten

3 Tbspflour
-
1 small canevaporated milk
-
1 large cantomato sauce
How To Make chili relleno casserole

1Seed, wash and drain chilis. In a 9x13 pan layer half the chilis and half the 2 cheeses. save 1/2 cup cheese for the topping and repeat the layers.

2blend eggs, flour and milk and pour over the chilis and cheese. Bake 350* for 30 minutes , spread tomato sauce evenly over top. Sprinkle remaining cheese, Bake 15 more minutes
