Host a chili party! Double, triple, quadruple the recipe, and host a party (can you say Football?) -Set out a variety of mix-ins and toppers buffet-style. Children especially enjoy adding their own "extras" Mix-ins and toppers for your chili: -Corn chips (like Fritos) -shredded cheeses -chopped onion -chopped green pepper -sliced jalapeno -oyster crackers -sour cream -a variety of hot sauces -sweet corn -cheese crackers (like Cheez-Its) Also try serving your chili over baked potato, rice, or noodles.
