1 mdmango diced

1 lgtomato diced

1 lgavocado diced

3 clovegarlic diced

1/2 conions, small white diced

1/4 croasted red peppers
-
1 tspsalt

1 tspblack pepper

1/4 tspchili poewder

1/2 mdlemon juice, fresh

1 pinchparsley
-
1 can15 oz chile with or without beans

2 pkgfillo dough shells 15 count

1/2 cshredded mexican blend cheese

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
How To Make chili & cheese cups with a salty sweet salsa

1pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

2open packages of filo dough shells and spread out on sheet pans.

3dice Mango, tomato, avocado, garlic, onion, and roaster red peppers.

4In a large mixing bowl, combile all ingriedients except fo shells and cheese and chili.

5pre heat chili in microwave for 1 minute.

6place a 1/2 teaspoon chili in each cup. Put a pinch of cheese on top.

7Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes.

8remove from oven and place a teaspoon salsa on top of each cup, serve warm.
