1loaf French bread

1 csoftened butter
-
1 1/2 cgrated Monterey Jack cheese

1 1/2 cgrated cheddar cheese

2 canchunk white chicken (12.5 oz each)

8 ozchunky red medium/hot salsa, like Herdez
How To Make chili cheese bread

1Slice fresh French bread loaf in half lengthwise. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2Drain and shred the chicken.

3Mix together the chicken, grated cheese, softened butter, and salsa.

4Spread the chunky mixture on the cut sides of the loaf. Place separately on a cookie sheet.

5Bake until the cheese has melted (about 30 - 35 minutes)

6Slice into 2-inch pieces and serve hot.
