Ingredients For chili

2 lbground beef

1 lgonion, chopped

3 clovegarlic, chopped finely

3 mdjalapeno peppers, diced finely

salt and pepper, to taste

garlic salt, to taste

1 cantomato sauce (15 ounces)

1 cantomato soup
-
1 cansoup can of water
-
2 canred beans (16 oz), drained

2 canred kidney beans (16 oz)

1 qttomatoes (diced)
How To Make chili

1Brown the ground beef, onion, and garlic seasoned with the salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

2Add the tomato sauce, tomato soup, water, red beans, kidney beans, tomatoes, and jalapeno peppers.

3Stir. Cook slowly - the longer the better - but at least 3 to 4 hours. As it is cooking, make sure to degrease.

4Enjoy - with your choice of crackers. I also like to add chopped raw onions and shredded cheddar cheese to my bowl - yummy!
