Ingredients For black bean chili chowder

1/2 conion, chopped

1 clovegarlic, minced

19 ozblack bean soup

14 1/2 ozfire roasted tomatoes, canned

8 3/4 ozcorn, canned

1/4 csalsa
-
1/4 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

1/3 cgreen onions, sliced

How To Make black bean chili chowder

1In a large saucepan, saute onions in olive oil for a couple of minutes, add garlic and saute another couple of minutes.

2Add soup, tomatoes, corn, 1/2 of the green onions, red pepper flakes and salsa; bring to boil.

3Reduce heat to medium; cook 3 minutes.

4Serve with a dollop of sour cream and reserved green onions.
