Ingredients For bewitching chili

1 1/2 lbground beef

1/2 cred bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cgreen bell pepper, chopped

1 mdonion, chopped

1garlic clove, minced

1 32-oz cantomato juice
-
1 15-oz canhot chili beans, undrained

1 14-oz candiced tomatoes, undrained

1 10-oz cancondensed beef broth, undiluted

1 6-oz cantomato paste
-
2 Tbspchili powder
-
1 1/2 tspground cumin
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tspsugar
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
sour cream
How To Make bewitching chili

1In a Dutch oven, cook beef, peppers, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.

2Stir in tomato juice, beans, tomatoes, broth, tomato paste and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

3Serve in Cauldron Bread Bowls (see recipe) if desired. Garnish with sour cream.
