I love this dip and it is requested often. Let me just say, if you are looking for something to do with leftover chili...this is the stuff!

Ingredients For best of the best chili con queso dip

    velveeta cheese (large block)
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 2 c
    chili (use leftover red chili) or 1 large can chili

How To Make best of the best chili con queso dip

    Cut up velveeta and cream cheese and add to large pot over med-high heat. stir until both are completely melted.

    Add chili and stir until combined.

    Serve hot with tortilla chips
