Ingredients For beer chili

  • 2 lb
    ground chuck
  • 2 can
    petite diced tomatoes (large cans)
  • 1 lg
    onion diced
  • 2 can
    red beans or kidney beans drained and rised
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    paparika
  • 2 Tbsp
    crushed garlic
  • 1 can
    beer (i prefere michelob
  • 1 can
    (optional) green chili tomatoes

How To Make beer chili

    brown ground chuck, onions and garlic and drain
  • 2
    add remaining ingredents

    let simmer for about an hour to thicken
