I finally got a slow cooker, and am constantly trying to find ways to use it! I also have started trying to make more healthy food choices, so I thought I'd combine the two. I developed an old chili recipe into something a lot more healthy, and I must say it is really delicious. Plus, I can let it cook all day and get on with the rest of my life! try this, you will love it. (P.S. - while you can use canned corn and canned tomatoes, try using fresh!)
