Face it... there are nights none of us have time to really cook. This solves that problem regularly in our house. Fast! Simple! and really good.

Ingredients For 7 can chili

1 canpinto beans

1 cangarbanzo beans

1 candark red kidny beans

1 canlight red kidney beans

1 cannavy beans

1 canblack beans

1 candiced tomato
-
3/4 cketchup
-
2 pkggoya sazon seasoning

1 Tbspliquid smoke flavoring

1diced bell peppar
-
1diced onion
-
1 tspminced garlic
-
salt and pepper to taste

3 Tbspchicken bouillon granules
How To Make 7 can chili

1In a soup pot (2qt pan), sautee onion, bell pepper, minced garlic, and cook meat of choice. I use cubed pork most often, but this is great with ground beef or cubed chicken as well. If your using pork of chicken then just lightly brown them until the opaque.

2Drain all beans and rinse. Add beans and tomatoes to 2qt pan, cover with water, add Sazon seasoning packets, ketchup, liquid smoke, and salt and pepper to your taste.

3The longer this cooks the better it tastes!! Bring to a boil, cover and cook until you're ready to eat. Top with shredded Mexican cheese blend. That's it. :)
