How To Make the best homemade chicken stock

1Place all ingredients in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a low and let the stock simmer 4 hours. Skimming as needed. Add more water if stock gets to low or to concentrated.

2Strain the stock through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth. Let cool completely. Can be frozen for up to 3 months
