2boneless chicken thighs cut into chunks

6 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspginger grated

2 Tbspyellow bean sauce

2 cchicken stock

1/2 Tbspthai thin soy sauce

1/4 cscallions cut 1 inch long pieces

4 Tbspfresh cilantro chopped
How To Make thai chicken & ginger soup

1Place oil in bottom of large pot. Add the chicken and cook until browned. Add the garlic and ginger and cook until aromatic. Add the yellow bean sauce, thin soy sauce and chicken stock. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and simmer 5 minutes. Add the scallions and cilantro and serve
