Ingredients For slow cooker bone broth

  • bunch
    chicken or meat bones
  • 6 c
    filtered water
  • 1 stalk
    celery, chopped
  • 3
    carrots, chopped
  • 1
    onion, cut in half
  • 5
    garlic cloves
  • 1
    pepper, cut in half
  • 1/2 c
    cut tumeric
  • 1/2 c
    cut ginger
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 bunch
    fresh cilantro

How To Make slow cooker bone broth

    Add everything to a slow cooker and simmer on low for about 12 hours.

    Strain and let cool, season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Fill jars and refrigerate before using. Once cold, skim any fat from top of jar.
