Ingredients For sante fe stew

1 lbchicken, cooked and chopped

1 canpinto beans
-
1 cankidney beans
-
2 canrotel (mild or spicy, your choice)

2 canwhite shoepeg corn

1 canstewed tomatoes
-
2 pkgtaco seasoning mix

1 cchopped onion, saute until softened

2 cchicken broth (can use water)
-
2 pkgranch style dressing mix
How To Make sante fe stew

1Drain and rinse all of the canned beans and the corn. Mix all ingredients together in a dutch oven and bring to a boil. Immediately reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

2Serve with shredded cheese Colby Jack cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
