1 cwild rice, cooked

1(15oz) cancoconut milk (can use unsweetened)

How To Make refreshing summer soup (crock pot)

1Combine chicken ,broth,onion,pepper,mushrooms,ginger, sugar and spices in a slow cooker.Cook on high 4 hours.

2Stir in rice,coconut milk and lime zest.Cook another 20 minutes or until warm up well.Serve with cilantro on top.
