1 cmedium noodles, uncooked

1/2 cdiced carrot

1boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shrededl

1/3 cchopped flat leaf parsley

1/4 tspground cumin or more to taste

3 Tbspfresh lemon juice

How To Make north african chicken noodle soup

1In a saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Add the diced carrots and noodles and simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir in chicken, chopped parsley, cumin and pepper.

2In a small bowl, beat the egg with the lemon juice and beat in about 1/4 cup of the hot broth.

3Add this egg mixture SLOWLY to the broth mixture in the saucepan, stirring constantly, so egg does not "scramble". DO NOT BOIL. Salt to taste and serve.
