Ingredients For my homemade chicken noodle soup

8large boneless chicken breasts

5 cupschopped carrots
-
4 cupschopped celery
-
2 tblspchopped parsley
-
5 lbsegg noodles, uncooked

jarchiken soup base
-
16 ozchicken broth, non-fat
How To Make my homemade chicken noodle soup

1Cook chicken breasts in water along with 1 cup celery and carrots until done. When cooked set aside to cool.

2In an electric roaster add jar of soup base add 3 gallon of water. Cook till it boils and then add remaining carrots, celery and the parsley. set on 300 degrees and let simmer.

3Shred chicken breasts and add to soup base.

4Cook noodles according tp package directions. Do not over cook, drain and add to other ingredients. Stir as needed, If soup seems to be to thick add chicken broth.
