1 lgonion quartered

16 cwater

1/4 csalt

1 lgcarrot quartered

6 clovegarlic

2 sprigrosemary

6 sprigthyme

8 ozcooked noodles drained
How To Make mom's cure for common cold chicken noodle soup

1Place water in large stock pan. Add salt Chicken thighs and wing tips carrot onion garlic thyme and rosemary. Bring to boil and simmer 2 to 3 hours. Taste and adjust seasonings adding more water if necessary.

2Remove chicken thighs to cutting board. Remove meat from bone and chop. Strain the chicken broth though fine mesh strainer. Discard solids.

3Add chicken back to stock and add the noodles.
