How To Make lemongrass chicken noodle bowl

1For the chicken Mix the first 5 ingredients together. Stir in the chicken and let marinate for 1 hour at room temp or overnight in the fridge.

2Place the chicken stock in a large pot. Add the fish sauce and chili garlic sauce. Bring to a boil. Add the chicken with the marinade and cook about 8 minutes until the chicken is cooked.

3While the chicken is cooking cook the noddles according to package directions. Drain.

4Place the noodles in 2 bowls. Add the chicken and stock. Top with toppings of choice. Serve with a squeeze of lime.
