Ingredients For jo's chicken soup

5chicken breast with skin and bone (take off skin after cooked)

2 ptchicken broth

2 tspknorr's chicken bouillon - gives a robust flavor

4 lgcarrotts cut up

3stalks of celery cut up

2zucchini cut up

1 mdonion chopped

1 tsppoultry seasoning

1 tspsalt (optional)

1 tsppepper
-
1 tspitalian seasoning
-
1 tspparsley, or flakes
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
2 cnoodles, rice or small potato cut up incubes
How To Make jo's chicken soup

1Clean chicken and pat dry. Put Chicken broth in crock pot, with chicken: add carrotts, celery, zucchini, onion, and seasonings,add bouillon to taste not too much, cook on high for 5 hours or low for 12 hours. Add noddles, rice or potatoes at the last hour. Last hour take chicken out of pot remove skin and bone, cut into small pieces. Return to pot and continue to cook.
