I BELIEVE MY MOM MAKES THE BEST CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP EVER. SHE MAKES BROTH AND FREEZES IT. THE KEY, A MOMMA'S TOUCH!!

Ingredients For i'm not feeling good chicken noodle soup

1whole chicken

1lg onion, cut in chunks

4stalks of celery cut into chunks

1 cshredded carrots

3 clovegarlic, minced

salt & pepper

fresh tyhme or dried(i don't measure)

large pot of water

1 pkgyour favorite noodles, fresh or pkg
How To Make i'm not feeling good chicken noodle soup

1FILL A LARGE POT WITH WATER. ADD CHICKEN AND ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT NOODLES. BOIL TILL CHICKEN IS DONE. DRAIN INTO BOWL AND ADD BACK TO POT. WHEN CHICKEN IS COOL ENOUGH, REMOVE MEAT AND ADD IT TO THE BROTH. AT THIS TIME I TASTE TO SEE IF IT NEEDS MORE SALT. I ADD A FEW MORE SHREDDED CARROTS TO MY BROTH. BRING TO A BOIL AND THEN ADD NOODLES.
