    salt
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1
    egg well beaten
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 c
    milk ( about)

How To Make feather dumplings from grandma rose

    Sift together dry ingredients

    Add rest to make a moist stiff batter

    Drop by teaspoon into boiling broth or water.

    Cover and cook for 18 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen
