3 canchicken broth

2 cancorn, cream-style

2 10 oz. canred enchilada sauce

1 sm. cangreen chiles

1 10 oz. canchunk white chicken, undrained

1 corzo pasta, uncooked

1 1/2 tspcumin

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsponion powder
-
1/2 tsporegano
How To Make enchilada pasta soup

1Combine broth, corn, enchilada sauce and chiles; mix well. Bring to a boil. Add remaining soup ingredients. Reduce heat to low; simmer 8 minutes or until pasta is tender.

2Garnish with sour cream, co-jack cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
