This is a greek soup. I got it from a lady I used to date many years ago.

Ingredients For egg lemon soup

1 qtchicken broth
-
ccooked rice
-
ccooked pieces of chicken cut small

1/2 cchopped celery
-
1/2 cchopped carrots
-
1/2 cchopped onions
-
chicken base to taste

3eggs whipped and temper it in.

lemon juice to taste
How To Make egg lemon soup

1Add all except lemon juice & eggs to a stock pot. Simmer until veggies are cooked. Add the lemon juice to your taste .1 like it tangy. Then add the eggs stirring as you add it. It will look a little creamy Add more lemon juice if you like. This is one different & good soup. ENJOY
