easy chicken and vegetable soup
I first made this when I was getting over a very rough cold and did not feel like prepping fresh veggies. It's very good for a low budget meal because it's still very filling! It's the perfect soup to warm you up and make you feel better and super duper easy to make!

3 cancut white potatoes drained

2 cangreen beans drained

2 canyellow corn drained

2 cansweet peas drained

4boneless skinless chicken breast

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cancream of chicken soup
How To Make easy chicken and vegetable soup

1Boil and shred boneless chicken breast. Make sure to reserve 1 and a half cups of the broth.

2In a large pot mix all of your drained canned vegetables, shredded chicken, both soups and your reserved chicken broth

3Cook until everything is warm. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy! I like serving with a side of biscuits.
