Ingredients For cream cheese chicken soup

1 mdonion chopped

2 Tbspbutter

4 clovegarlic minced

1/2 cwhite wine

2 lgcarrots diced

2 lgrusset potatoes cubed

4 cchicken stock

2 ccooked chicken cubed

salt and pepper

1 1/2 cheavy cream

1/3 cflour
-
8 ozcream cheese
-
fresh parsley for serving
How To Make cream cheese chicken soup

1Add butter to a large pot. Saute the onions until translucent. Add the garlic and saute 1 minutes. Deglaze the pan with the white wine. Let most evaporate.

2Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add the carrot and potatoes and cook until the potatoes are soft. Add the chicken.

3Mix the flour with the heavy cream. Stir into the soup. Add the cream cheese cubed and cook until cheese is all melted. Taste and season with salt and pepper

4Serve garnished with parsley.
