How To Make coconut chicken soup

1Place the chicken stock in a large pot. Add the chicken, mushrooms, garlic, fish sauce, sambal olek, and lime juice. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add the coconut milk and sugar. Simmer 5 minutes. Add the cabbage and the chili paste. Simmer 5 more minutes.

2Serve garnished with the cilantro leaves and drizzle a little soy bean oil from the chili paste.
