How To Make chinese hot and sour soup

1Heat the stock in large pan. Add the chicken, mushrooms, and noodles. Simmer until noodles are tender. Add the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, ketchup, vinegar, chilies, white pepper and the green parts of scallions.

2Cook tasting and adjusting for flavor. Garnish with green parts of scallion and cilantro.
