1 lb3 chicken

2/3 coil

1/4 conions

1sprig of parsley

1 mdgreen bell pepper

1 cdry wine

1 tspsalt, more or less

1/2 tspsaffron

1/2 tspcumin

1 canpetit pois

1 canasparagus

How To Make chicken with rice chorrera

1Cut chicken into eighths and fry in hot oil. Then in the same oil to make a sauce with onions and parsley. garlic, peppers and tomatoes

2Add stock and simmer a few minutes until the chicken begins to soften.

3Add wine, salt, toasted saffron, cumin, pepper and water from the peppers, asparagus and petit pois

4Bring to a boil and add the rice. Cook about 30 minutes over low heat or in the oven to 400 degrees F. during the same time or until rice is tender
