Ingredients For chicken velvet soup

  • 6-8 c
    steamed vegetables, diced
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 5
    chicken breasts, cut up, cooked
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 16 oz
    velvetta cheese, cubed

How To Make chicken velvet soup

  • 1
    Melt butter, add flour, gradually add milk, broth, salt and pepper. Add vegetables, chicken and cook until thick. Remove from heat. Add cheese, stir until blended. Don't boil once cheese has been added.
