chicken veggie pasta soup
I wanted to try something new with a certain type pasta. The original pasta, the wide noodle too mushy after cooking them so used Israeli Pearl Pasta. Such a Tasty Wonderful Savory Soup

Ingredients For chicken veggie pasta soup

2 ccooked chicken breast-diced

1-1/2 ccarrots- chopped

1-1/2 ccelery-chopped

1 conion-chopped

4 dashgarlic parsley salt

6 clow sodium chicken broth

1 cisreali pearlcouscous
How To Make chicken veggie pasta soup

1Secure a Dutch Oven,. Add in 3 T Olive Oil. Add Carrots onion, Celery and Garlic Parsley Salt. Sautee' veggies for about 5 min. on med/high heat.

2Add in Cooked chopped Chicken Breast and Low Sodium Chicken Broth. Stir.

3Turn up heat to High. When it. starts to Boil, stir in Israeli Couscous; continuing for 8-10 Min. Pasta needs to be soft. Season w/ pepper if need be.

4If it's a little too thick, add a little more chicken broth and stir again.

5Serve w/ Saltines or crusty Bread.
