Ingredients For chicken tortilla soup

1 pkgskinless chicken tenderloins

1 canblack beans (drained & rinced)

1 canmixed corn (white & yellow)

1 canpetite diced tomatoes

3-4 mdavocados (sliced into chunks or slices)

1 pkgmonetary jack cheese (shredded)

1/2cilantro (chopped)

1 bagplain tortilla chips (strips)
How To Make chicken tortilla soup

1Boil chicken in pot with bouillon cubes and seasonings. Remove chicken, set aside.

2Add black beans (cleaned), corn, tomatoes and small amount of Cilantro to chicken broth.

3Pull chicken apart and add back to pot of broth. Cook 10 minutes

4Add chips, Avocados, Cilantro to bottom of bowl.

5Pour soup mixture on top of chips, and top with cheese. (If you don't like your chips too soggy add them as needed while eating).
