I saw a recipe for this soup but it had ingredients that I could not have because of dietary restrictions. So I created this one and I must say, it does not last in our house. Great with homemade rolls. My husband can't get enough of it!

Ingredients For chicken tortellini soup

3 canchicken broth

3 cwater

1 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes

2 cfrozen peas

2 cbaby carrots

12 ozfrozen cheese tortellini

1/2 cchopped onion

1 tspdried basil
-
1/2 tspgarlic salt

1/2 tspdried oregano
-
1/4 tsppepper
How To Make chicken tortellini soup

1In large dutch oven, bring broth and water to boil; add cubed chicken. Reduce heat; cook for 10-20 minutes.

2Add rest of ingredients; cook 10-15 minutes longer or until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.

3Makes 8-10 servings.
