Ingredients For chicken stewp

pkgswansons chicken broth 32 oz each

stick1 large celery stick with leaves on

stick2 carrots

mdonion chopped

pkggnocchi

How To Make chicken stewp

1Pour broth into 5 qt pan. Warm while preparing vegetables.Slice celery and carrots. Cut into small slices. Add to simmering broth. Season with Garlic Pepper and Sea Salt(to taste)

2While simmering the vegetables, open Gnocchi. Take each one and slice into three pieces each. Add chicken to broth and cooked vegetables. Slowly add cut up Gnocchi. Stir to separate and mix. Let simmer about 1/2 hour.

3This is called Chicken Stewp because it is a cross between soup and stew. You can add Potatoes sliced in small cubes when you add the veggies, your choice. I do not! This is a quick and filling winter lunch.
