Ingredients For chicken soup

1 lgchicken breast

1 cchopped celery
-
1 cchopped onions

1 1/2 qtwater, cold

pinchof thyme
-
2 pinchgarlic cloves
-
2 pinchof rosemary
-
1bay leaf
-
1/2 tsppoultry seasoning

1/2 tspblack pepper
-
2 Tbspcornstarch
-
1/2butter
How To Make chicken soup
-
1Place chicken breast, celery, and onions in large pot; cover with water, about 1 1/2 quarts. Cook until chicken is done about one hour. Remove cooked chicken from pot, and finely chop. Return the chicken to the pot. Add thyme, parsley, garlic, cloves,rosemary, bay leaf,poultry seasoning, black pepper,and butter.Bring mixture to a boil and lower heat. Remove 1/2 cup of liquid and let cool. Mix cooled liquid with cornstarch then add to pot and stir. Simmer on low heat until soup thickens or until reaches desired consistency.
