This flavorful soup is absolutely delicious. It is so easy, but yet so filling! As well, it is 0 points on Weight Watchers! Yummy and healthy!

Ingredients For chicken salsa verde soup

1rotisserie chicken, deboned

1 canrotel
-
1 canchili beans (white)

1 cankernel corn (drained)

1 cangreen chilies
-
1 qtchicken broth, low salt

1 jarsalsa verde

1 canblack beans, canned
How To Make chicken salsa verde soup

1Shred up chicken, and place in crock pot or dutch oven on stove top. (I have also used three cooked chicken breasts when I did not have a rotisserie chicken)

2Drain corn, and pour over chicken.

3Rinse and drain black beans, and pour over chicken.

4Add all other canned ingredients.

5Pour salsa verde over everything.

6Pour chicken broth over everything, and stir well.

7Cook for 4 hours on high in crockpot OR 1 hour on stovetop.
