Ingredients For chicken noodle soup

  • 4 c
    Chicken Stock or broth
  • 3/4 c
    diced onion
  • 3/4 c
    diced celery
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 oz
    dried egg noodles, cooked al dente
  • 2 c
    shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 sm
    lemon, cut into slices

How To Make chicken noodle soup

    Bring Stock to boil for 2 minutes in a large covered stockpot over high heat.

    Add onion, celery, and garlic, lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

    Add shredded precooked chicken and al dente egg noodles and cook for 5 minutes.

    Serve in bowl and garnish with a slice of lemon.
