I know that this is a tasty chicken noodle soup, but I tried it so long ago, I don't remember much about it. I say, simply, enjoy!

Ingredients For chicken noodle soup

  • 1 1/2 lb
    chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1
    rib celery, chopped
  • 1
    carrot, diced
  • 1 sm
    onion, diced
  • 4 c
    water
  • 1 c
    fine noodles

How To Make chicken noodle soup

  • 1
    Place all ingredients in cooker. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 15 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Let pressure drop of its own accord. Remove pieces of chicken from cooker and let cool. Remove meat from bones and return meat to cooker. Bring to a boil, add noodles and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes.
