We had guests in for the weekend, we had the chowder for dinner and when they got up the next morning they asked if they could have the chowder for breakfast they loved it so much.

Ingredients For chicken corn chowder

  • 4
    chicken breasts-cubed
  • 4 can
    cream of potato soup
  • 2 can
    whole kernel corn with juice
  • 2 can
    milk
  • 2 pkg
    8oz cream cheese
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    butter
  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Make chicken corn chowder

  • 1
    Melt the cream cheese in the microwave until very soft. Blend with a little of the milk until it becomes runny. This will help it blend evenly into the soup and eliminates lumps of cream cheese. Place all ingredients in crockpot and slow cook until warmed through or heat on top of stove. Very good the next day after ingredients had time to blend together.
