Ingredients For chicken and knuflie soup

2 mdchicken breasts, boneless and skinless

4 croasted chicken base

1 1/2 tspfresh garlic (diced small)

1 tspfresh sage (diced small)

2 mdcarrots, chopped small

1 stalkcelery, chopped small

1 cspinach, fresh chopped

2 lgeggs

2 cflour

1/2 cwater

How To Make chicken and knuflie soup

1Bake chicken breasts till done. Cut in cubes.

2In slow cooker or crock pot add chicken broth, garlic, sage, carrot, and celery. start on high. When chicken is done add to the broth.Cook for about 2 hours or till carrots are tender.

3In large pan boil 6 cups water, whisk eggs, add water, and flour mix till sticky. Taking a butter knife, take a little dough at a time and slide off into boiling water.

4When all the dumplings have risen to the top they are done drain and add to chicken and broth. About 5 minutes before serving add the chopped spinach. Enjoy!
