You can use any kind of chicken. I perfer to just buy a rotisserie chicken from walmart when I'm out. I think the seasons of the rotisserie chicken bring alot of flavor to this soup!

Ingredients For chicken and dumplins

3 lgcelery sticks chopped

2 lgwhole carrots chopped

8 cchicken broth
-
1/2 tsppotultry seasoning

1/4 tsppepper

2/3 cmilk

3 cchopped cooked chicken

2 cbisquick baking mix
How To Make chicken and dumplins

1Spray pot with cooking non-stick spray. Saute chopped celery and carrots on med-high heat for 6 minutes. Stir in broth, poultry season, and pepper. Bring to boil

2Stir together bisquick mix and milk untill blended. Turn dough out onto a heavily floured surface. Roll or pat dough to 1/8-inch thickness.

3Drop dumplins one at a time into boling broth. Stir in chicken. Cover, reduce heat, simmer 8 minutes. Stir occasionally untill dumplins are cooked.
