2stalks of celery

1 cancorn

3 cshredded cooked chicken

4 cchicken broth

2cloves minced garlic

1 Tbspchicken base

1 tspsalt

1 tspwhite pepper

2 cflour

1 tspbaking powder

6 Tbspcold butter

1 tspsalt

1 tsprosemary

1 tspparsley

1 cwater

1 cwhole milk
How To Make chicken and dumplings

1dice celery, onion. saute in the 2 T of butter. Add the garlic, add a little salt and pepper. When they are soft add 2 T. of flour. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

2Add the chicken broth, chicken, salt, pepper, chicken base, corn, milk, herbs.While this is on simmer, make the dumplings.

3Combine 2 cups flour, baking powder, salt. Add the butter cut into small chunks. Mix until it looks like small crumbles. Add the water. Work into a dough. Put onto a floured surface and roll out. Cut into whatever shapes you like. Drop into a hot almost boiling soup.
