1 tspegg white

1 tspcornstarch mixed with 1 tsp water

8 stalkasparagus trimmed and chopped into pieces

3 cchicken stock

How To Make chicken and asparagus soup

1Cut the chicken breast into thin slices. Season with salt. Place in a bowl and add the egg white and cornstarch slurry. Set aside.

2In a wok or dutch oven add the stock and bring to a boil. Add the asparagus and cook about 5 minutes.

3Rinse the chicken and add to the soup. Cook 3 more minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning for salt and pepper. Garnish with cilantro
