Ingredients For chickaroni soup

  • 3 can
    chicken broth (15 oz x 3)
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 2
    carrots, sliced
  • 2
    onions, chopped
  • 2
    celery stalks, sliced
  • 1
    zucchini, diced
  • 3/4 c
    elbow macaroni
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 lb
    boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make chickaroni soup

  • 1
    Bring broth and tomatoes to boil in a large pot. Add veggies, mac, garlic; return to boil. Stir occasionally. Reduce to simmer. Cook 30 minutes.

    Increase heat to med-high; add chicken, parsley, salt and pepper. Return to boil; reduce to simmer covered 10 minutes to cook chicken.
