Ingredients For cheesy chicken enchilada soup

  • 2 can
    (13oz). can chicken breast
  • 1 can
    (15oz )enchilada sauce
  • 1 can
    (12oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 can
    (15oz)pinto beans,drained and rinsed
  • 1 can
    (10.5oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    10.75oz) nacho cheese soup
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c
    chopped red pepper

How To Make cheesy chicken enchilada soup

    1. Combine all ingredients into a large saucepan.

    Heat on medium until soup is hot, stirring occasionally.

    Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
