This was really easy to make and it took no time at all. A plus is that my children even LOVED it and asked for more.

Ingredients For broccoli-potato soup

1 boxchicken broth
-
1/3 cchopped onions
-
12 ozchopped broccoli
-
2 c2% or skim milk
-
1 1/3 cdry mashed potatoes

2 ccubed chicken (i use bonelss thighs)

1 cshredded swiss cheese

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make broccoli-potato soup

1In a large saucepan, brown chicken and onions together, until chicken is done and onions are translucent.

2Add frozen broccoli and chicken broth.Heat to boiling.

3Stir in milk and dry potatoes until well blended.

4Add cheese and salt and pepper.

5Heat over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and soup is hot.
