2 lbround steak (cubed) or stew meat

3 cwater

3 cbeef broth

2whiskey (2 shots)

1 16 oz cantomato sauce

1 cantomato paste
-
1 tspliquid smoke flavoring

3 Tbspmolasses
-
2 Tbspmustard
-
4-6 dashtabasco to taste (drops)

salt and pepper to taste

1onion (chopped)

1 clovegarlic (smashed)

2 sprigthyme, dried

2bay leaves
-
3 Tbspolive oil (for frying meat)

3carrots ( quartered)

3celery ribs
-
4potatoes (quartered)

1 16 oz canpeas, canned

1 16 oz cangreen beans

1 10 oz cancheddar cheese soup

1 canbiscuits
How To Make whiskey stew

1Season meat with salt/pepper. Fry meat, onion, & garlic in olive oil, on medium heat until lightly browned.

2Add all the ingredients except, green beans, peas, soup and biscuits. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes.

3Add all the remaining ingredients (except biscuits). Simmer for 15 minutes longer. Cook biscuits.

4Serve with warm biscuits.
