Ingredients For vegetable soup

  • 1 lb
    stew meat
  • 1 can
    beef broth
  • 1/2
    small onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    frozen vegetables
  • 1/2 c
    rice, adjust amount to preference
  • 1/2 c
    barley, adjust amount to preference
  • 1 can
    peeled chopped tomatoes
  • 1 sm
    can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp
    worchestire
  • 1/4 tsp
    thyme
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • parsley flakes
  • 3-4 c
    water

How To Make vegetable soup

  • 1
    Brown the stew meat in a little oil.
  • 2
    Combine stew meat and all other ingredients in a large soup pot and cook on low for a minimum of an hour.
